Shop at Norwich Castle
Our shop is on the ground floor of the Atrium. It's open:
- Monday to Saturday: 10am to 5pm
- Sunday: 1 to 5pm
You don't need a ticket to visit the shop or our restaurant.
We stock high-quality gifts and souvenirs for every budget. They showcase local heritage, local makers, and local ingredients.
The shop is part of the £18m Norwich Castle: Royal Palace Reborn redevelopment. The project is supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to lottery players.

We are proud to stock high-quality and well-loved brands like:

In some cases, we are the only retailer for these brands in Norwich.
We source all of our stock with sustainability in mind, and always buy from the most local supplier available. We choose products that use recycled materials, natural fibres and wood instead of plastic wherever possible.
